At Otolaryngological Anthropology Incorporated, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices and expectations regarding the processing and delivery of your purchases.

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within three (3) business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to maintain prompt delivery, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• National and regional holidays

• Severe weather or natural disasters

• Carrier-related disruptions (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

• Supply chain or third-party fulfillment delays

• High-volume order periods (e.g., promotional sales or holiday seasons)

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and ensure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Free U.S. shipping applies to all Auil ear drops and Roncaid chin lift support tape, including multi-packs, bundles and monthly subscriptions.

Apparel from the Company Store is printed when you order it and ships separately from Auil and Roncaid. Apparel shipping is $5.95, and free on apparel of $60 or more.

When an order contains both, each part is charged on its own terms: the Auil and Roncaid items ship free, and the apparel rate is based on the apparel total alone.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via UPS or USPS, selecting whichever carrier is faster for your delivery address. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days, and we attempt earlier delivery whenever possible. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; see Section 2.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

6. Delivery Locations

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.

7. Amazon Orders

If you purchase our products through Amazon.com (U.S.), your order will be subject to Amazon’s Shipping & Delivery policies, which may differ from our direct fulfillment policies. Please refer to Amazon’s website for detailed shipping timelines, tracking updates, and customer service.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@otoanthro.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photographs of any damage. See our Refund and Return Policy for how damaged and defective orders are handled.
